I'm between s and m, and i chose to order m. I'm so glad that the material isn't hanging off me (especially on my waistline). It's just so elastic, i don't feel afraid to crack it in a big move (or to put on weight). It's super soft as well and i danced with it the whole eve on the day it arrived, including floor work and some pole. I love it. Will order more from Havah and I'm glad not to compromise on my values either! <3
