Our garments are manufactured to a high standard using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. Our products come with a lifetime product warranty. The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. All our apparel are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product; which means the usual and customary wearable life of the product, by the original owner/buyer.
What do we mean by lifetime warranty?
By lifetime warranty, we mean product lifetime warranty. Products covered under our lifetime product warranty program are fully warranted, to the original owner/buyer, for the practical lifetime of the product. This does not mean your lifetime.
How to register your product for warranty?
To activate your warranty and register your purchase, please email email@example.com within 60 days of receiving your items with your order number and the email, full name and address order was attached to.
How to claim under warranty?
Should any fault or defect become apparent during the warranty period after registration, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We require proof of purchase if you have not provided us your information when you checked out. We will endeavour to repair or replace your garments. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.
What does this warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed. For any damage not covered under the warranty, we may offer to repair the damage for a reasonable charge. If such an offer is made, we will discuss this with the customer, prior to any repairs being made.
Discounted items, items on offers, face masks and bundles are not covered by this warranty but we will offer a trade-in value as in-store credit at our discretion.
Note: As per our Health & Safety Practices, in order for us to service your claim your item must be freshly cleaned. If your item has not been cleaned before it arrives we will be happy to clean it for you for a nominal charge, which we’ll confirm with you first.
What is “normal wear and tear”?
We manufacture every product to the highest standards. No matter how careful you are when using your HAVAH product, nothing lasts forever. Garments used every day during the most intense workouts or activities will degrade faster than a product which is only worn once or twice per year. Sooner or later every product will begin to show signs of age and wear. We will of course take this into consideration when assessing your warranty claim. It may be that your product has simply reached its practical lifetime and is time to be replaced. We hope you will continue to trust HAVAH.
Who handles shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to HAVAH, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery. You are responsible for your product until we sign for its delivery.
For product warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to us. Please email us at email@example.com. All shipping to us must be pre-paid and insured. HAVAH will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
